Tension Free Vaginal Tape ( i think thats what it stands for anyway lol)
Has anyone had this done at all? If so what was your recovery time like?
Ive got to have an incision made in my abdomen and also an internal one. They say the recovery time is 4-6 weeks before you can do sport or heavy lifting but as a single mum this is going to prove difficult!
