    Just wanted to say to you to try and contact your women's health physios to ask about your pain. Our local hospital team will accept questions over the phone and have been so helpful. They are so specialised in this area and can really put your mind at rest. Good luck to you both with your appointments.

    I have no idea hun, but didn't want to ignore your post. I think you should see the doctor though and explain what's wrong. I'm not getting any pain but I don't feel right 11.5 months after an episiotomy & 3rd degree tear, so I'm being brave and going for a gynae appt with my gp on Monday!

    Be brave like me! They've seen it all before.... x

    hi, didnt know where to post this

     had a second degree tear after back to back  baby and forcep delivery. had a couple of infections and due back at doctors monday as not fully healed and may need to get restiched.

    im finding when i do pelvic floor it hurts inside where my bladder is, is this just normal bruising? also finding if i sit down or try to get up when lying down the bottom of my  back or pelvis not sure which hurts and sometimes i feel it clicking back into place is this also normal, please help its really getting me down now, its been 6 weeks since bith
