hi all,
yeh vicky it must have been that full fat coke i was drinking it went to my head and typing too quick, i am like you i did not want to find out with our first for the surprise, but with this one i wanted to be organised and have nursery and everything ready as i wanted the room to start with colour iykwim, i found it difficult to get nursery ready for taylor as could not find a happy medium with the decor.
we went into loft and brought down 7 bags of taylor;s clothes and shoes which i all kept in their boxes have thrown out quite a bit but have kept masses, so will buy new clothes and hospital stuff, but will use quite a bit of what i have kept, and with the new things that family will buy i will wait until after isla is born they change my mind and goooooo maddddddd buying lots of stufffffffff. what am i like??????? its the coke!!!!!!! im telling you all!!!!!!
on a better note midwife tomorrow so i am getting myself ready for that thinking about it already which is shocking only because i am giving blood and it is not simon that is coming with me it is my friend and i hope i still feel the security with her.
well chicks im away just now to do a little work then chill out for a little speak to you all tonight if anybody about xxx

afternoon all
Lynne - are you haveing a funny five mins of have you been sniffing wine gums? that last message was a bit higgledy-piggldy. Hehe.
Hiya Clagger - WOW only 8 weeks to go. It's all flying by. Think i like Harrison again now - middle name of Patrick (runs in PJ's family so must continue tradition). So will be Harrison Patrick Walker - has nice ring to it. Mayb as your preg is so different you will be having a girl but would be nice if boy too.
Hiya Han - OH NO another not finding out - how can you bear it - i would have gone crazy without knowing. it's like the next step for me - need exciting things to keep happening regularly or i get bored. Bit like a milestone - 1st scan, then when felt kicks, then find out sex - now i've got nothing to look forward to untill he's here tho - and thats ages away. Oh no, wait, i have the shopping spree next and nursery decoration. i get bored quickly - i'm a bit precious.
It's flipping cloudy here today and gonna rain tom - boo we were going to go to the seaside tomorrow. Bentley loves the sea and all that sea air tires him out.

Afternoon ladies, hope you are all well and in fighting spirit!!!!
I also saw the e-mail from Lucy........HUGGGGEEEEEEEEEE CON|GRATS TO RUTH AND CHRIS ON THE SAFE ARRIVAL OF EMILY. Hope you are all well and speak to you soon.
I'm 32 weeks today, only 8 weeks left to find out what I've got in my tummy, a baby I know, but I mean what colour it is. I truly truly have no idea what this one is, with Tom I was 90% convinced that I was having a boy but this time it will be a complete shock. I have carried this one different and have been great throughout the pregnancy so no hints with how my pregnancy has gone so far. I put on about 5 stone with Tom but this time I've put on stone and half so far, don't know if that's cos it's a girl or just cos I've been more busy chasing after Tom to not have time gorging myself with food!!! LOL.
Ccongrats to Vikki with our first boy (so far) and to Lynne with her girl. It's all going on!!!! Love the names that you've chosen. Def Harrison for you Vikki, are you having a middle name? What's your mum's or gran's names Lynne, could you use their names for a middle name? Or you could use Emily or Laila and keep it in the bounty family!!!! LOL.
Glad your not finding out Hannah, I'm not on my own then you see. Plus as your the last then it will be a nice suprise to end on. Not that it's ending at all, it's really just the beginning. Ooh, sound like a cheesey film.!!!
What a boring night on tele tonight, just football.....yawn yawn.
Speak to you all soon.xxx

21/5/08 13:29
WOW lynne - another girl. Mayb Clagger will have a bo too so i won't be the only one - and we still have to wait and see about Han aswell - come on the boys!! Poor BW will feel felt out in a heap of girls. Isla is a lovely name. How about picking your mum/mum in laws name for middle name??
Had a facebook meaage from Ruth's cousin (well C's cousin but all the same) to say that Emily Mae arrived on 14th May and weighed in at 8lb 5.5oz. Mum and Baby doing well and she will be back to see us soon. Sounds like she was pretty much on time - practically everyoine else i know has gone at least one week overdue so Well done Ruth and Emily.
Think we are plumping with Harrison - Harry sems to fit but thinking Nyles might be a bit geeky and given that PJ determined that he's going to be a rubgy star, Harry seems more fitting.
Went To John Lewis yesterday and test drove the Silver Cross 3D system. It's FAB. SOOOOOOO lovely and really easy to use. Converts from lie flat pram to forwards facing buggy and can pop car seat on the frame too. Folds up from buggy us umbrella motion so becomes really compact and boot friendly. I LOVE IT. Mum is treating us to it - with car seat but says we can't have in untill BW is here - sure she just want to play with it at home - have visions of her wheeling the cat around in a little bonnett.
Also looked at the John Lewis Hide and seek nursary range - it's very cute so going to get that too - little rabbit and bear on it and neutral colour so won't give game away too soon. Although Mum was being sneeky and saying ' of course you could pick blue or pink...' (hint hint) told her that if i did that it would give the game away and she was the one that didn't want to know. SNEAKY PARENT.
OOOO i'm soo ecsited now - we have another little bubs arrived in the group and more to come. How long does Clagger have now - lost track. I'm 22 weeks now.

hello all
i have been trying to get on over the weekend and it bounty has been down just my luck
well everybody we are having a .........................................................................................................
GIRL
we are soooooo excited but the MW has us 27 weeks on wed but the baby is only sizing 25 1/2 weeks so we have to go back on the 06th june for a follow up of our 4d scan and not needing to pay anymore how cool is that as they want to give us better piccies!!! she said it will not alter my midwfie date well hopefully not as i do not want to be put back, i mean the baby could take a growth spout, i put it down to me loosing the weight due to ill health as was told taylor was a little small during measures too, so it is 785 grams ahhhh! so chicks taylor is really ecited , she said oh the baby can play with my baby now, oh forgot to mention we have picked Isla for her name so we all say isla when talking to bump, what middle names do you think taylor has m name as her middle name????? hope all is well with everyone and wonder if ruth has had we girl yet! xxxx

afternoon all,
Welll helloooooo Cat - just been reading about your puppy - thats sooo cool - labradoodles are very cute - quite bouncy tho so hope you have some training classes in mind. Also def get insured. We have a few on our books at work and Bentley has a labradoodle pal at training classes. What colour and size are you getting???? (you can get toy, mini or standard depending on size of poodle in the mix). You're house will be like a zoo with kiddies and puppy everywhere. Hope Laila is feeling better now - poor little thing. Sounds like you have had a right few weeks.
OOOO very cute scan pics Han - it's amazing what you can see already - just you wait untill your next one.
Come on Lynne - don't keep us in suspenders - what colour is your ikkle bumpy bump??
I'm going pushchair shopping with Mum tomorrow - off to check out the silver cross 3D travel system - it's very cute. I love the demin one - has little jean button saying 'since 1877' it's adorable. willalso prob end up loking at all sorts of other baby stuff too but mustn't go too mad just yet. Very annoying that mum and dad don'y want to know thats he's a boy - keep having to be careful what i say.
right, i'm off to do some work but will be back later to see if we have heard from Lynne - oooooooooo what could it be????

14/5/08 13:00
oooooooo it put everything in blue - wasn't meant to do that sure i changed it back to black
-
14/5/08 12:59
well hellooooo there,
i have been a few naughty fried and have not been on for ages - sorry.
well had my scan yesterday and .................................
drum rollll............................................
Blue Baby Boy!!!!!!!!!!
PJ is mega excited as you can imagine - although he did say he was quite looking forward to the prospect of a girl. I'm really chuffed too. Can't wait to but lots of cute blue clothes - saw some really cute little things in Tesco yesterday when i popped in to get some bread - only cheapy and cheerful but sooooooo cute.
Now we have to decide on names. We still really like Harrison (harry for short) but i also really love Nyles (sooo cute and different) or mayb Giles. Pj liked Rowland (Rowley) but a fried told us that there was a fat boy in grange hill called Rowley so thats gone out of the window. So what are everyones feeling on Harrison, Nyles or Giles (not sure PJ likes Nyles but he wasn't ery keen on Harrison to begin with but think as we have had it in mind for a while he has got used to it so sure he would with Nyles. There is a 99.999999% chance that out poor little boy will wear glasse (both PJ and I do as well as most of our family so think Nyles is more of a glasses/academicy name and Harry might be a bit jock like( bet harrison Ford doesn't wear glasses) but saying that, looking at Pj, his bro's and my dads and bro's they are all pretty big peeps - tall and all played rugby, boxing etc so sure harry could be pulled off. I just don't know. mayb we will keep both and decide when we meet him. soooo excited now but ages to go.
OOOO i'm babbling on and on and not even asked you how you all are yet.
Clagger - new car - wow thats sooo cool. I love s-max's they are very funky - i have a normal focus but may upgrade next year when we have some spare dosh (yeah like we will have 2 beans to run together once BW is here but will need something bigger me thinks what with the dog, baby push chair etc...) What colour are you going to get? i don't know, impulse buying cars- hehe. Only 9 weeks to go too - time is wizzing by. Are you still enoying mat leave? must be so nice not to have to go to work.
Hiya Lynne - not long until your scan now. Bet you can't wait. The detail we got on our scan was fab so can only imagine what 4d will be like. What do you think it will be??? I had a suspicion would be a boy as i'm soooooo huge so was saying to peeps at work i bet it's a big boy not a dainty little girl. Have you thought of names yet. Hope you had a good hol despite weather. Soulds like you had a couple of hot days - we did down here. I got very pink thighs on saturday.
Hannah - how are yolu doing hon. Is the sickness dying down?? I'm sure PJ thinks i'm making it up too. I've got my energy back now but i just don't think they have any idea how tiring it is. Think PJ may have got the message on Fri when we had a fried round for dinner and after i just could not settle - i was so uncomfy and round (prob something to do with all the food i had eaten too) but he looked very concerned. Hope you start feeling better soon - i was still tired up to about 3 weeks ago tho - really only now back up to full levels tho.
Any news yet for Ruth - wonder if she will be on time???
And Cat - where have you gone to - come back and see us and stop drinking cups of tea.
14/5/08 08:40
Good Morning girls,
Sorry I haven't been arond for a while, we went to my Dad's caravan for the week last week so just trying to catch up with all the housework and washing!!!! AAaarrgghh.
We had a lovely week in Filey it was really really nice weather, Darren and I even got a bit burnt!! Tom didn't though cos he was covered from head to toe in F50. It was a cheap week away cos we didn't have to pay for the caravan but it ended up being the most expensive holiday we've ever had as we ended up buying a new car whilst away!!!!! We only went for a brochure!!!!! Got a Ford SMax, p/x Darren's BMW. The BMW is ok with just one child but when this one comes along we won't have any room in the boot for things and once we have two car seats in the back we'll not get anyone else in so decided on a "family car" at last. It's really nice, can't wait to pick it up.
I'm 31 weeks today, only 9 weeks left!!!!!! This has gone really really quick I think. Still enjoying my pregnancy as well which I don't think I did as much with Tom. Got weighed the other day and I've put on 1st 9lb which I'm well chuffed with cos with Tom I think I put on about 5st by the end!!!! And I'm still carrying some of that now!!!! LOL.
Just about to order my new pushchair, I'm getting the new Phil & Teds Vibe, so so so excited. Can't believe that a pushchair can get me this excited.
Glad that you had a nice holiday Lynne, sorry the weather wasn't as kind to you. It seems like we've been waiting ages for this 4d scan, can't wait to find out what your having. What do you guess at, boy or girl? Everyone has seaid that this time I'm carrying different and alot of people are convinced that I'm having a girl this time. Not too convincced cos Darren's side of the family are all boys so that keeps swaying me back to it bein a boy, so exciting!!!!!
I had a bit of a craving for Chicken and Sweetcorn soup from the chinese but it's passed now. I'm not eating half as much as I did before, even before I got pregnant. Don't seem to feel hungry at all. Strange really.
Vikki, good luck with your scan cos I'm sure it should be this week, if it hasn't gone already. Sure you would have been on though to tell us the results if you knew.....well I hope you would!!!!!!
Ruth, you should be due to pop any day now, how you feeling hun? Do you want to take my mobile no and then I can update for you? Let me know if you do.
Hannah, how things going with you now, hope the sickness has eased off for you. Good luck with your next scan, hope all goes well.
Catherine, come back girl, I know your busy but we miss you!!!!!
Right, what names has everyone picked. I've picked Max for a boy and Molly for a girl. That's if the name suits when I see buba.
Spaak to you all soon.

just a quicky from me this evening as pizza should be arriving soon - yummyyyyyyyy
OMG ruth - thats sooo soon. bet you are getting very excited now. Do you think she will arrive on time??? is everyhing set up and in place?
Hiya Hannah - hope you are feeling ok and managing to eat and not be sicky. it will be over and better soon i'm sure. as for the stroppyness - i'm still very emotional. seem to cry at the smallest thing and feeling very left out and lonely even if PJ goes out for a few hours - must be the hormones.
Hiya to the rest too - hope all going well
Well, BW moving around loads now. was in bed the other night and did a huge kick and i felt if thru pajamas as my hand was resting under bump. feels very wierd haveing something wiggling about inside me - mayb thats why i'm so wierd at the mo feeling a but strange about the whole thing. sooo enjoying preg and looking forward to BW's arrival but also feeling very insecure and pathetic - seem to be much more needy that i was and PJ been very busy and i don't think he understands. tried to get him to read preg book in hope that he would see how new and scary this can all be but don't think he does - any ideas on how to make man buck their ideas up.
well i'm off to have a sit down - been gardening all day - only planting little plants so nothing heavy but nice to get it done. James, Lauren and baby Tilly coming over to visit tomorrow so have to quickly wizz aroung house too- eek

Just bumping us up!
Glad in an odd way that no one esle's been onhere for a bit - felt reallt guilty for my absence - but it looks like we've all been int he same hectic boat this week!
Well week 1 of mat leave is finally over and it's been a strange one - nice though! just wish Chris was off with me as it sort of gets a bit lonely to tell the truth!! There's only so much jeremy kyle one can take! Haha!
Well Chris and I are off out tonight for a nice bar meal - not celebrating anything - our dishwashers conked out - so keeping the washing up to a minimum - haha! Any excuse eh!!!!

Hiya Frieds, thought it was about time we all moved over from TTC as we've now all got our BFP's and it's not right been in TTC anymore.
Hope you all find me over here, cos I'm on my own at the mo and I can just imagine you all still over in TTC without me. Boo,hoo.
Well, 24wks today for me, can't believe that I finish work in 5 weeks, can't wait!!!! The week I finish we are going away to my Dad's caravan on the East Coast for the week so it'll be nice to chill out and a chance to get my feet up for a few days whilst Darren runs around after Tom.
Ruth, I think you should tell Chris' mum that you don't think it's a good idea to come up that week and that you're heads will be all over the place and it's a special time for Chris and yourself. You don't know how you'll feel when you go into labour and would feel embarassed if they were there. Could you suggest to them that they come up and "help out" with the baby once you've had her. This way you get to have a bit of a helping hand and they get to see their new grandaughter as well. Ask them if they want to come up for about 4 days.
Be honest with them, they won't mind the honesty. I'm sure they would feel better knowing that you were happy.
Hope you all find me soon.
