morning all, yeah very quite in here lately, think all the babies are keeping people busy hehe...
Am doing good, and yeah time is flying....... 11 weeks left at work ( and holidays to take during that time as well hehe)
hope every one is doing well... and yeah we need pictures

well not much from me 38 weeks today i was up 2 nights ago with major period pain for 40 minutes thought i was going to go but nothing, have been having backache too so i am hoping i will be moving shortly. my pubic bone has kicked in again and blood pressure on friday passed was ok so back at clinic on friday for appt again and blood pressure check again.
well chicks away just now as to get taylor to bed simon is bathing her take care chicks xx

Evening all, hope every one is well and had a good weekend.......
I've had a productive weekend
we bought a wardrobe and thats now all up (ready for me to sort all clothese etc what we or others have bought) but after ikea i did go on a longer than expected work with dog and bump kept going really hard and getting like a trapped wind pain, been reading it was possibly BH ?? and u can get when you over do ? then today ive been tidying and cleaning, and then did a load of ironing, just chilling now..... cant beleive its back to work tomorrow 
oh well back to counting down the weeks until i leave hehe.......Take care, H x x

Hey Vick and Han - counting the day down now eh! Not long for either of you really - the time will fly by. All is fine at thi end. Emily i thrivinbg and is amost 12lbs now....og god - shes just puked everywhere...backin a bit,l,,,,x

oh cat, thanks for the prompt news chick and hope you are keeping ok,
omg claire well done i am soooooo happy for you and hubby and little tom, he will be thrilled and dying to see his little sister. 9lb 6 was good weight i cant remember what tom weighed in at as i am nervous to what difference for what i will have, and gas and air was brill well done cant wait to see some piccies.
well chicks i am using my anusol for my piles my bum is aching and not even had baby isla yet at least i will be getting used to the sore bum lol!!!
well away for now and will be on tomorrow to let you my hospital appointment with scan and blood pressure checks xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello Frieds!!!!! No it is not your imagination, it is truly i !!!! So of course i must be the bearer of some very very good news...................................................................................................................................................................................... ITS A GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HA HA LOL!!!!
MISS MOLLY STRINGER WEIGHING IN AT 9LB 6OZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Both Mummy and baby doing extremley well, she made her arrival this morning after a nice and quick labour! Claire is feeling very proud and rightly so as she managed with just gas & air and a few stitches!!! She will be staying in tonight just to have a rest and readjust herself and im sure she will give you all full details in a few days!
I hope all the other mummies to be are doing well and we look forward to the next arrival now!!

well chicks, what a day today was away to midwifes appt and hubby was late so my dad in his full working gardening gear had to come so i was stressed, as i knew i was giving blood, then simon appeared so dad went back to work, then gave blood, which was fine then she took pressure and was high i told her to take the pressure before bloods as this would put me high, silly midwife so as it was high 129/92 i had to go to hospital daycare and was there from before noon till 5 pm tonight, giving more bloods for liver and kidney function, i have no protein in urine so happy with that no swelling also but they had to check as bottom number of blood pressure coming down but top number not so they let me out of hospital with blood clear for kidney and liver and pressure was 148/72 so have to go back on monday for blood pressure and scan on baby, they alos done trace too which was fine and witht he last few days i have had a lot of bowel movements and my arse is killing me as from 5 pm tonight i have gave myself piles now so i am in bits????????
i dont know if it is pressure from baby too as head down and for the last couple of weeks have said to simon and mum that i have had a lot of pressure at my bum!
so girlies i need rubbed out and re-drawn as they say so having a very relaxing weekend until monday when go back to hospital.
i am away just now will check tomorrow to see if any word on our claire good luck chick!

hi vicky, i think about your time i was getting headaches are you around 30 weeks???
i cant rememeber they have told me at my last 34 week growth scan that i was above average size baby but within 4 weeks the baby had a growth spurt and would slow down a little so i am at the midwifes tomorrow for bloods i think this is the last one for blood count and iron i am hoping anyway hate giving blood hubby needs to come with me the big wimp i am????
well not much else it has been roasting here so cant handle this heat, taylor was born in april so was not warm and the hospital is absolutely roasting i will be going in with nothing on but pants or maybe nothing at all??? give them all a fright
well chicks better go, hopefully claire you ahev had your bundle of joy cant wait to here.

helloooo all
OMG claire - 3 cm yesterday - must be there by now. Hope all going well and little yellow bump doesn't keep you hanging on until Sat - at least won't go any later. Looking forward to hearing before i go away - here's hopeing.

Han - how are you doing - nearly one week less at work - hoorah.
How are you Lynne - hope the pelvis is holding up ok - just take it easy. Not long to go now.
Well went to midwife on tues and still measureing a bit large - but she isn't too worried. Also had a bit of glucose in urine but had eaten lunch only a couple of hours earlier so will monitor - i can check at work which is handy. Feeling ok but tired and get headache sometimes - think it's def time to give up work - haha. PJ got his new car - it's lush and very chuffed little hubby. Now all set for hols on Sat - HOORRRAAAHHHHHH.
right, off again, be back tom to check for an update on the yellow bump.

Evening all, just a quick one from me. Still with bump!!!!!
Went to see consultant yesterday and I've got an induction booked in for Saturday if nothing happens before then. She did an examination and I'm fully effaced and 3cm dilated already so my body is doing something but just not giving me the pain with it.....the way it should be I suppose!!!! She also said that she didn't think that I would go to Saturday as everything was going well. She sounded very convincing that I would go into natural labour before Saturday so watch this space.
If I have to go in on Saturday then she thinks that they will just break my waters as my cervix is all ready to go really just waiting for the dilation to hurry up and work a bit faster.
Right got to shoot cos my life on my laptop is on it's last legs and it's going to cut out on me soon.

good evening all!
well no messages from cat about claire! whats going on i am hoping lemon bubs is here and you are still not hanging on as you would be nearly 1 week late now. c omt on cat or even claire if you are home let us know whats happening?? its soooo exciting?
well chicks have realised now it is braxton hicks i am having softening and hardening never had this with taylor as not sure what to look out for but deffo this time its like a rock different parts of tummy, a friend of mine's pal had her baby saturday 3 1/2 weeks early she was due a week before me? i would like to go early or on time if this is a heavier baby then i am hoping my pelvis wont take the pressure and let it out wishful thinking but must wish.
hope all is well with everyone else will be on tomorrow to see if any news.

afternoon all,
Ahhh Clagger - any bubs news yet - sounds promising re plug hope little one here soon - otherwise i will miss all the excitement when i go on hol - haha. Has to happen before i go away or i won't hear about it for 2 weeks - def don't think the midwife wil let you hang on untill i'm back - lol. What new car have you bought??? Pj's has official arrived at the dealers now and just being unwrapped and serviced - they wrap them up in like clingfilmy stuff to protect them on thier journey from factory i guess but he has seen it - hoorah and registered/insured it - yippeee. Getting it on Wed - just in time cos off on hol in it on Sat - phew cutting it a bit fine me thinks.
Hiya Hannah - only 14 weeks left? just think, by the time you have 10 weeks, i'l only have 5 weeks and Lynne should be just about there. It will def fly by - you wil be on the 10 week count down in no time.
And Lynne - how are you doing??? we have a girl in our NCT classes with SPD and we have been looking into different positions - have you tried a birthing ball - same as an exercise ball, or mayb sitting on backwards chair leaning over back of it with a big couchion - they are both mega comfy positions and help as gravity acting in right way. Think i may try to use ball or chair anyway cos gravity taking over idea sounds like it would work - all four does sound a bit degrading - would be like a dog - hehe.
Hellooo to Cat and Ruth and all the bubs there - hope all well.
Well, only this week left at work before my hol - wooooohooooooooo can't wait 10 whole days eating yummy french food and looking at wine (not as fun as drinking but hey). Then, when i get back, only 2 weeks at work - yipppeeeeeeee. Hopefully will have someone to properly hand over too as well as we have had loads of applicants for my job - yippeeeeeeeee def a couple of strong contenders as few as i am concerned so hopefully boss will agree and they will bee able to start while i am still here - at the mo have handed over to various peeps and then they have to hand over to new peep - not ideal at all as will be like chinese whispers - even with the 'folder of doom' instuction book.
Def ready for relax now - am sooooooooooooo huge it's unreal and still 9 weeks left to go. I look like a whale and getting a bit fed up. Had family party yesterday so photos galore and i lok awful - like a little pudding not very flattering so hoping that weight will fall off once BW here - i'm all bump anyway so hopefully will be back to normal soon. put on a bit on arms and thighs but not muck - just a covering of insulation - will soon lose that i hope. Just can't wait to meet BW now - getting very exciting.
We are off to NCT/antenatal again this evening - were doing massage last week - def not going in for that PJ was annoying me when we were doing it last week so god knows how much it would bug me when i was in labour. it's very amusing they are all lovely couples but some are rather new-agey and want a birth experience. Have said our birth plan is to go to hosp, have baby and come home - some looked less than impressed with lack of: natural light, music and snacks for partner in-case his blood sugar levels dropped - are these people potty?? PJ can get his own flipping snacks if his blood sugar levels drop me thinks - i will be a little busy - haha lol.
right, back to work for me hope to hear from Cat sooon with news and will be back later on this week.

hi ya folks, oh clagger you could have your wee one here already by the time i am writing this, boy or girl i think you are having a girl aswell!!!! you never told me how much weight overall you have put on, well no they will let me go fully term but have to use the different birthing positions no legs up when pushing you now the drill, i deffo do not fancy the all fours stuff i would feel like a dog with my big arse on show i know you loose your dignity but i will still have some left.
as clagger says hannah 14 weeks will fly by since reaching 28/29 weeks it has flown by for me and now hitting 36 shortly i really hope i go early taylor was early i know not to the same, but clagger tom was late too wasn't he? have they gave you a booking in date if not gone already!
hi ruth hops bubs is doing fine and you are keeping okay dokey!
vicky dont you worry about the handing over you will be hop, skip and jumping out the front door of maternity knowing you can relax and think about your little bundle of joy just remember you are only a number at work?????

Hiya Frieds, thought it was about time we all moved over from TTC as we've now all got our BFP's and it's not right been in TTC anymore.
Hope you all find me over here, cos I'm on my own at the mo and I can just imagine you all still over in TTC without me. Boo,hoo.
Well, 24wks today for me, can't believe that I finish work in 5 weeks, can't wait!!!! The week I finish we are going away to my Dad's caravan on the East Coast for the week so it'll be nice to chill out and a chance to get my feet up for a few days whilst Darren runs around after Tom.
Ruth, I think you should tell Chris' mum that you don't think it's a good idea to come up that week and that you're heads will be all over the place and it's a special time for Chris and yourself. You don't know how you'll feel when you go into labour and would feel embarassed if they were there. Could you suggest to them that they come up and "help out" with the baby once you've had her. This way you get to have a bit of a helping hand and they get to see their new grandaughter as well. Ask them if they want to come up for about 4 days.
Be honest with them, they won't mind the honesty. I'm sure they would feel better knowing that you were happy.
