Hey Rach, have friend requested you.
Hope everyone is well. I'm just home from work. It's quite stressful at mo, as lots of pressure on me to get things done before I go. Am really starting to feel the strain now, and got just under 6 weeks until I leave (but one of those is holiday). I'm due to finish at 37 weeks and everyone's telling me that's late but I don't want to be sat at home for ages and also I don't want to end up having to go back when lo is even younger just cos I finished early.
Anyway, sure I'll feel better when I'm showered and have my swollen feet up on the sofa after some tea!
Have nice evenings everyone, hope mum's and bumps all ok!

My back really ached around 23-26 weeks but then that went... now the front aches instead! The weeks are really starting to go quick now huh?!?!

And yes it's f-ing hot whatever anyone says. I have been boiling all week. Slept with the windows open on enight but got bitten twice by mosquitos... on my bum cheek! How delightful!

OMGim sat here and my back is aching and i cant breathe! My bump is taking over the universe!It helps when i wear a bra but my boobs are more comfy without one...dilema!
Glad all is well Kerry, im using tomee tipee this time, but last time after id stopeed bf i used boots own brand and never had a problem. im usign TT this time as my SiL used them and they are good simulators for the nipple, so when i express it will be easier for the baba.
love ju and 23+4 bump. Yeah nearly 24 weeks!!!!!!

yeh i heard from her, she sent me a pic. all is ok and the baby was suckin away on its thumb. i have been talking to her tonight actually. all is going well for her.

for Kerrieon the bottle front the avent ones leaked only after alot of use and it was only particular ones that did it no all of them we used to mark the leaky one lol well my dh did cause it was his job to make up the bottles i hate it its tedious lol
this heat is killing me greg dont think its hot but im boiling its awfull

Hiya Rach, well so long as you managed to use them think I'll give them a go. They can't be that bad as they are still very popular. I'm going to give breast feeding a go too but hoping to express as well.
Where is Kerrie - has nobody heard from her since the scan. Kerrie if you're listening, hope you're ok! x

i used avent with both my boys but they really do leak but my boys sucked happily from them and neither of em had colic i have got tommiee tipee this time just for a change i got bored with aven lol but im gonna breast feed this time well try anyway so hopefully i wont use them
im ok today im 27 weeks today so in my 3rd trimester only 13 weeks to go yay
was looking in dis this morning and katie i was having a good laugh at your thread i thought my waters had broke lol lol lol you dozy thing i bet you were having a heart attack lol glad your ok. Have you finished work yet?

Glad to hear you're both doing well.
Went for follow-up appt with midwife today. Pains mainly gone only comes now and again so they're hoping it was just baby's position - most likely. She is head down but diagonal so needs to spin round a bit for her exit!
What bottles have you both got/used before. I'v ebought Avent (didn't have a clue so just went for them) but since read things about them leaking and babies not liking them

hey guys,
im fine, had another scan friday and my cervix is a bit shorter but is still 4.5cm, she said its normal for it to get a bit shorter as time goes on. i dont have to go to St. Marys anymore...woo hoo! So im now at my local hospital. Still got to havea scan at 32 weeks to see if placenta has moved up though. She confirmed that it was a boy too.
My feet are swollen and im feeling pretty tired actually, but im fine apart from that. i cant wait to finish work in 10 weeks, got 2 and a half weeks leave in that though, so only really 7 weeks left.
ive bought a steriliser and bottles, a bouncer, cot bedding, got a cot already, got a pram and car seat, LOADS of nappies and baby wipes, some vests and a few bits. So not doing too badly really.
glad all the babies are doing well, its so exciting! Kerrie is 12 weeks now, hope the scan went ok.

Well im not very organised i have got
pram with carry cot which im gonna use as a mosses basket
cot and swinging crip from before
all bedding for mosses basket and crib
bottles (tho im gonna try breast feeding even tho none of my family apart from mil has any faith in me)
lots of baby grows mostly in white tho im scared of buying pink just in case it does turn out a finley and not a ava lol
lots of socks hats scratch mits and a few bibs
thats it so istill need to get a steriliser breast pump and a car seat i keep putting it off cause it cost quite a bit but it attaches to my pram gonna get it at end of sep cause it both boys birthdays soon and ill end up with no money lol
dont know whats wrong with me this time with the boys i had bought everything washed all the clothes packed my hospital bag all by 25 weeks think i need a bomb lol

Just thought I'd pop by and say hello!
Sounds like we're all getting really excited about meeting our new little people! I am really enjoying getting everything ready at the weekend I washed all the clothes and blankets and bedding etc as I started to worry she might come early (no reason to think that tho). Bought a big bag from Primark (so classy!) for all my hospital bits but haven't packed it yet.
Have been off work last two days cos of really bad stitch in my left hand side. Pain is bearable but a little worried and having real trouble sleeping because of it. Saw midwife yesterday and she said there was no reason to be concerned, uterus squashy which apparantly is good and baby moving lots. She said to call hospital though if it gets worse which it did last night and this morning so I did and they've said to take paracetamol, drink cold water and call back at 11 but hope I don't have to go in! On a scale of 1 to 10 of being worried, I'm like a 3 - so not very, but there's always something in the back of your mind telling to to better be safe than sorry!
So have you all bought lots for your little ones yet or still have big things to get? I've got travel system, moses basket, nursery furniture (although room still a tip!), bought a bouncer, my friend gave me a swing that matches (her lo used it like 10 times so nearly new!) and got quite a few clothes. Worried I've got too many but never mind, hopefully they'll be used again and not ALL pink just in case!!

Hi Katie glad kyle has caught up with his growth and his growing nicely well 6 more weeks and your life will be turned totally upside down lol i love the early days make sure you savour every monent of it because it goes soooooo fast and with your second its just not the same when i had ollie i just used to sit and gaze at him lol i never got anything done in the house with charlie it wasnt like that cause i had ollie too. i hope he comes a couple of weeks early then you really dont have long to wait oooohhhh im so excited its you then Kerry then me and then Ju cant wait for all these babys to come rolling in

Im ok im far too hot its still hot even tho its raining well ill be 27 weeks on friday so ill be in my 3rd trimester i dont know where the time has gone its whizzed by so quickly
well im off to fill the bath with ice cold water and sit in it lol take care everyone

hi girls had a scan yesterday cuz he was small at 28 weeks
well hes caught up hes now a week ahead!
only six weeks left now im gettin nervious!
rachie i know whatu mean about the heat its killing me!!!!!!! i want to just lay in a freezing pool all day long! glad everyone seems to be doing well

fpr your scangosh its soooooooooooooooooo hot i know i shouldnt moan but im so un comfortable i have decided i want to fast forward the next 14 weeks and not be pregnant anymore i want my baby girl now i feel like i have been pregnant for ever lol

glad everyones ok , im approaching 12 weeks (friday ) an so far so good. They've been a little concerned about platelets an stuff but other than that all is going according to plan (touch wood !)
I have nuchal scan on friday an im terrified im hopeing fate will be kind this time.
well girlies wont bore you anymore so i'll say ta ta for now xxx

Hello girls welcome to our new home
Well I have finished my nights now and I am sooooo tired I dont think its good for you when pg to do nights lol im back on on monday for 3 then hopefully that will be it till i come back from mat leave.
I think I can feel baby moving not big movements but just little flutters I cant believe im gonna be 15 weeks on friday how time flies lol
Well hope both ok and you find me lol
