    Hi all

It's nice to see you posting Amanda

Knight I hope all went well

I have been getting lots of kicks lately and I'm loving it. I am trying to make the most of all of this as it's my last one. I feel so depressed when I think of that. Only a lottery win would make it possible for us to have more

    Take care ladies.

    best of luck knight.

i have been induced twice 1st time was my 2nd child i got my firsr pains at 4.30pm and had him at 5.25pm so 1hr25min labour same day as the induction.

my 4th i was induced at 39 weeks the doc warned me it might take a lot longer (not that i minded) as it was early induction rather than late induction but the mw who did the induction with me reckoned i would pop like a cork because its my 4th and my body knows exactly what to do once those contractions got started she was right i had my first pain at 4.pm (weirldy same time as my last induction) and she was born 2hours 37 mins later and i came home a few hours after that so didnt even have to spend a single night in hospital which i was glad at because i had been hoping for a hb like with my 3rd as i am not a fan of being in hospital.

cant wait to hear your news.

Kids grow up way too fast

Freya's birth was an amazing experience for me, I found my calm with her

I'm really looking forward to having this one, I love the stupid comments people come out with.

It's nice to see a name I recognize in the HB forum

Millie just turned 1last week cant believe how fast it has gone.

i am booked in for another homebirth i had a fantastic one with my 3rd child and am sticking to my guns this time and going for the birth i want.

my children were born in May, dec, July and september i am due in september again but kinda hoping to go a few days late and end up with an october baby just to keep them all seperate months lol.

    Hi ladies

I've been to my son's sports day this morning. It stayed dry, then it tipped down when we were in town.

I have 4 birthdays coming up that are close together Freya will be 1 on the 9th august, Ben will be 5 on the 11th august, Kye will be 10 on the 4th september and Tabitha will be 4 on the 5th september. The were timed right for labour, in the school summer holiday

My eldest will be 13 this november and I'm due on the 9th december.

I do keep worrying about going into labour at the school near that time, we don't have anyone who can look after the kids. We are planning that this one will be another home birth

    I hope all are well

hi ladies how are we all doing? good i hope.

i am doing fine time seems to be flying but there is so much going on these last few weeks of school isnt there sports days and parents evenings. dd2 graduates nursery next week so we have that to attend and we have all her start dates for reception she starts on the 8th sept and i am due 25th thankfully because she is a september baby herself so eldest in the class she gets to start full time straight away (thank goodness as she is fed up of half days after two years of them) so she should be at there full time when i go into labour (touch wood).

have been doing a lot of sorting this week i think my nesting instinct has finally hit lol

hi, yes i have had comments about being mad since having baby #4 but now i am having baby #9 its starting to get annoying as i have heard the silly comments a million times over , the thing is everyone has the choice to decide how large or how small their family should be so i dont know why its a problem to some people but never mind as long as we are happy and so are our children then thats all that matters..

Hi this is my first vist, I'm 18 weeks gone with my 5th, again I've heard all the "get a tv or sky sports " jokes.  On my last one it didn't bother me much, but this time it's quite upsetting.  I grew up in a large and close loving family, and always wanted the same for my kids, has anyone else found that announcing the news of being pregnant was met with comments like,"you're mad" , instead of congratulations.  Is it me being overly sensitive (hormones)?

I'm new here and expecting baby #6 in October! I love having a big family and rarely get any comments, despite my young age (I'm 25)... I think it's because I'm always so positive about it, if I even get the hint of a negative comment coming I say something really upbeat and positive before they get the chance to say anything negative.  That and my kids are ALWAYS saying how they love having lots of brothers and a sister (soon to be two!) and want me to have more (which I can't, this has to be my last for medical reasons)....

My DS2 keeps telling everyone he's going to have 13 babies when he grows up!  LOL Cute!  I can see him doing it too, as he loves kids and babies so much!!!

This is my 7th and people think I must be stark raving bonkers but I would not have it any other way.  Also I get the comment do you not have a tele but it is now water off a ducks back.  I would have reservations if they were neglected and I couldn't cope but they are not and I can.
