found out a month ago that my second son has it,, my third is due DID, so it is more and likely that we will have it,  My first son is effected quite bad with it,, my second son has a neurofibroma lump which is getting bigger and needs to be removed after xmas.. I find that it does effect my everyday life,, there are six signs of NF1 in total i have 5 of them, it would be nice to talk to other people about it,,

i have nf type 1 i was the first in my family to have it. i am now pregnant with my first child and my child has a 50% chance of having the disorder. nf doesnt effect my everyday life but dr's cant predict how it my effect my children but they will be able to test my baby for nf straight after birth

I didnt know where else to post this,, but does anyone on here or there children suffer from NF1, if so how does it effect you/them.  I have it, have had it from birth, my eldest son has it and now it looks like my second son has it,, i am now pregnant again,, it it meant to skip generation, but in my side of the family my mum and all my siplings have it, 6 in total,  Im really interested to know if anyone else has it. xx
