yes but to be fair you had a 1 in 2 chance of being right could easily have guessed wrong.

i cud tell with my scan at 14 weeks scan date facial features of a boy
and had scan other day and guess wat a boy

its not true hun there is nothing on the scan pic to show babies sex and no way your sister could possibly know.
the theory is that if there is an X on there its one sex a Y means another.
i have two of each sex (eldest two boys the hospital didnt give out sex, eldest dd kept her legs crossed and i found out what i was having with my younger dd) and its always been an X on all of them its the machine settings not babies sex lol
this time around it was a new machine and there are no markings with x or y.

Hiya,
no you wouldnt be able to tell from the scan picture unless ur scan picture is of between the babies legs!they dont say the sex in any of the writing of the picture as well as nothing is 100% and when u go for ur 21 week scan they only tell u what they think from what they can see.so no dont worry.I would say unless ur baby has obvious genital (which im sure it doesnt) you wont be able to tell.hth.

Hello Had my 21 week scan yesterday and we decided not to find out what we were having but my sister in law says that the information is on the scan picture and that she knows what we are having... is this true does anyone know whether this information would be on there? Thank
one of my friends told me this too - the letters with us are U or T tho - my last dd didnt have any so dont know for sure but i dont believe it - 50 50 chance anyway lol
