    I had a bad back to start with, then it got better and now it's back. But it's only when I walk or stand up for a long time, and it's right at the bottom of the spine, on each sides. A physio friend of mine said it was the ligaments that were stretching and recommended I wore a support belt. See what the Doc and Physio say - they should be able to help.

    hi everyone

    im only 14 weeks n 2 days gone but i av the most painful back atm and i dont understand why

    i asked my midwife n she sed i shudnt b in so much pain so early on in my pregnancy so has told me 2 go 2 the doctors which i am doin 2moz, she also sed they may send me for physio which im a bit scared bout.

    iv spoken 2 a lot of my friends who av ad babies or are avin babies n they avent experienced so much pain this early so i was wondering if neone of u av n if u cud giv me info on wot was done and y its so bad
