I had this when I was around the smae dates, the only thing that made me feel a bit better was some peppermint tea with honey and also some ice cream to soothe my throat. apart from being really yummy it did help! and sleep lots if you can.

hi hun, im the same at the mo, got a rotten cold!!!!! all ive been doin is resting, hot baths,  lucosade, n throat sweets, feeling pretty crappy, hopefully it wont last 2 long  xxxxx

im 11weeks pregnant with my first baby so all happy. Apart from the fact im suffering from a horrible cold and sore throat.

Anyone have any ideas to help??
