my first baby had cysts on brain at 20wks.gone by 25 wks.he has now turned 19 yrs old.very brainy and doing business and finance at college

Ok, thank you, I will probaly do the blood test for down syndrome on wednesday, do you know how long it takes to know the results?

hi hon i know how worrying this can be my baby had 2 cysts at its 20 week scan we had a private scan a week later and one had dissappeared and the other halfed in size it is very scary but by themselfs they are fine if combined with other soft markers can be indicators for downs but on thier own are nothing to worry about(easier said than done i know)

my consultant wasn't bothered by them sdaid they were very common

hi, my neice was pregnant with a little boy and when she had the scan they said he had cysts and was referred to another hospital, they reassurred her saying he would be fine, anyway he is now 4 days old and perfect, no signs what so ever!!! x
