Hi,
Depends how much you want to spend. You can get very sensitive dopplers which will pick up heartbeat from about 14 weeks but they are very expensive. I've got an angel sounds doppler which worked from about 18 weeks - i've never had trouble finding the heatbeat. I got it on ebay, they have lots of good deals on there.
