Haybray ull be able to claim from 29 wks preg cos ur due fater april 09,well tahts how it looks.Check out the link above for this,and other benefits u can claim and at what stage.I know that this cna be a mindfield and this chart breaks it down so much easier.Hopefully this will help some ppl!!!

I am due 5th may. The info i was just reading also said you can start recieving your child benefit from the 29th week of pregnancy.

at last!!! it doesnt seem fair to only give maternity grants just to those on benefits..i know they r in a worse financial posistion but a friend of mine was handed almost 500 hundred quid!! i nearly chocked on my tea!! lol

Im due 5th march   not fair! - i missed out for my son when the chld trust fund cam out too - had him end of march and it started sept..... will we not get it?

I know the sure start mat grant you can get upto 3 months AFTER baby is born.... will this be the same???
