is it still £500 for the sure start grant i hope so, im confused because some people on the due in april forum are saying its £190 you get now!? x

Mine took 10 days but it all depends on where your form is sent as some places have a back log.

can be more than 2 weeks mines been 3 weeks and they have only just began processing it, there can be backlogs you see depending on your area,.x. then it takes about 10 days to get the money through

how long does it take to get grant through? im hoping to buy pram as soon as !
No hun - the sure start grant is still £500 for ppl who are eligible.
The £190 is a new grant available from April 2009 for everyone.... hth
