This would be down to where the baby is positioned as they move so much they do not always stay in the same position so it will make your belly look different on different days.

so my bump so days looks a decent size and is quite hard. but then today for example, i woke up with almost no bump! and it's all soft again. what on earth is going on?
It can depend on a few things.... the main one being where the baby is positioned, and another being how far along you are.
Can also be affected by a full bladder or a big meal.... the list goes on. I remember with my first pregnancy I was tiny, unless..... I had eaten a big meal and needed a wee, so I would get my oh to take a pic of my tummy looking all proud. lol!
Before long I am sure you will be blooming... how far along are you?
