hi emma - ask your mw to get your 28 week bloods done early - restless legs can be a sign of low iron - i've had restless legs since bout 20 weeks and they are better since taking iron supplements (spa tone - liquid iron)

try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs - that can sometimes help aswell

good luck with rest of pregnancy

i'm 25+1 and for the past 3 nights i have had difficulty sleeping as i can't get comfy, and then my spd starts hurting and/or i get restless legs!!

*** src="http://my.bounty.com/smiley/msn/angry_smile.gif" alt="" /> grrr-its driving me crazy-i feel so down today purely cos i am so exhausted. i have a 22mth old daughter so i can't sleep during the day, but i also feel really guilty as i haven't got the energy to do much with her. *** src="http://my.bounty.com/smiley/msn/sad_smile.gif" alt="" />

    has anyone got any advice??

do you know of any sleeping tablets we can take in pregnancy???

    thanks, emma
