I got my baby shower tomorrow night, I will be 32+5. Don't think I could have had it much later or I wouldn't of been able to stay awake for it lol

Not posted much on here just really read things. My freinds are doing my shower in early october i will be 25ish weeks by that point i feel this is a good time as it lets me get organised in time for baby (due Jan) also i will be in the mood for a blether and laugh with the girls while im still able and motvated enough to enjoy the whole night lol. 

Also did anyone write a list? if so what all did you put on it??

i was asked to write a list and i think i covered everything but as i am taking nothing to do with the organising i will just need to wait n see what i get. cant wait though but its just making my pregnancy even more exciting as i can look forward to this!!!

People usually combine it with going off work on mat leave so generally anything from 32 weeks onwards. I would say 35-36 weeks is ideal as you have something to look forward too then plenty of time to wind down, gather the last bits that you need and wait for baby to arrive. x

Hi generally I think you are meant to have them at a stage when you are still ok to enjoy it without being too tiered or huge and not too close to birth. Personally I am thinking of havng mine just after the Jan sales (baby due valentines day) as this way you might get some nice pressies in the sales and some things fopr decorations might be cheapee.
