Hi, Im a jeweller. Firstly, Amber doesn't have radiation!! Amber (like silver) his naturally occurring antiseptic qualities and is hard but warm at the same time. The necklaces you're referring to are meant to be worn by the mother. There are bracelets too. You keep them on your wrist or held in your hand. So when you're out and about with baby, they gnaw and suck them just like they gnaw and suck whatever else you happen to be waring that day...sleeve, watch, your hair!! The pieces of amber need to be chunky and properly threaded.

Amber nexklaces are supposed to calm babies when he amber is exposed to the sun - Not sure I believe it really and they are expensive.  The bands you put on your wrist are accupressure bands and work applying pressure to an accupressure point.

I'd like to now if Amber neclace works , but  it all seems a bit unbeliavable to me.  Wth all the toxins kids are exposed to etc it kind of seem a bit odd that they have a mix of chemicals in their nappies, and chemicals in  suncreams, baby lotions, nappy cream. baby wipes etc which  most of us think  causes no harm,  but then in the same breath,  some of the same people  think  that the radiation from Amber will ease pain????? Si in general I will not be buying one.

Do you mean the Amber necklaces? As far as im aware they work in a different way to the motion sickness bands which put pressure on the right part of your wrist to stop you feeling nausous. I wouldnt put jewlery of any kind on my child till they are old enough to remove it if it gets tight or caught.
