if you having probs with getting food down try giving them something about 5 mins before they are due a feed and keep bottles out of sight that way you know they are hungry and if they dont like taking from a spoon wich i had probs with from my first try giving from a medicain sringe worked for me hope this helps

my dd who is now 2 did not gt her first tooth untill after her 1st birthday! she is still teething now with the final 4 all coming at once! i have neva had a problem with her teething they would just appear! she also chipped them on the bath last week but the dentist said that her teeth was ok and the 2 frunt once was wobbly but he said they sould settle bk into place but we have to take her bk in 2/3 weeks to make sure!

i dont think that given her certen foods will make them come any faster, every1 was telling me to give her rusks ect.... they will come when they are ready! my ds cut his first tooth when he was about6 months and boy did i know about it lol xx

Hi, dd2 didn't get her fisrt tooth until 2 days before her 1st birthday, hv said this is fine, apar the older they are when they get teeth the stronger they'll be so not all bad, they are also more likly to get a few at a time.

Have you tried giving her her food cold? dd2 seems to prefer this when her gums hurt.

my daughter is 9 months but has not got any teeth yet. is this a matter of concern,,,,or should i give her something to eat more or what????

i m bit worried about her diet also. she does not like to eat but only likes to take her milk. what should i do while making her a meal. She used to have boiled chicken, minced lamb meat, rice pudding, samolina, fruity yogurt. But now she doesn't like to eat anything,,,,only milk.
