Hey!
Me and My partner are having great difficulty coming up with boys names we 'both' like!
Were after a Boys name that is kind of unusual, not so popular but a perfect name!
Our first childs name is Ashton James. We fell in love with that name as its such a gorgeous name and it's not very popluar at the moment!
We've already came up with a few girls names we like it's just the boys names were stuck on!
However the name will need to go with 'Samuel' (for the middle name after my grandad) and the surname is Gallagher!

no how ur feeling its sooo hard im liking graeson (pronounced grey-son)

my partner likes troy and our surname is flohr.

    Graeson Troy Flohr

but im just not sure its such a responsability to name a child i would hate for him to be picked on because i made a mistake.

our other ds is called Brandon so needs to go with that too, my partner isnt too keen on graeson so on my head be it if it turns out to be a duff name.. what do we think ladys???

I also like Zaine, Marley, Jacob,Max,Henley...?????

My little boy is Ethan, it suits him and it means strong, optimistic, solid, enduring and permanant which i didnt realise until I'd named him but it so matches his personality, his middle name is Noah which means 'of man' so i think they went lovely together!!

Its so hard choosing the right name!!

Thanks for all the suggestions! So far I'm liking Harry(Harrison), Oscar & Ethan! However my partners not sure and he likes Carter & Blake! I love the names Riley & Jayden however I know so many friends/new mums around my area that have named their children with those names. I bet in a few months time we'll be liking other names instead! When I was pregnant with Ashton, as soon as we come across the name we just knew that would be the name! Boys names are so hard to chose! I think Thurston is a very different name & it is a lovely name! Emily x

My friends little boy is Ashton and his younger brother is Ellis, I quite think these names go nice together. Heres my list of suggestions:-

Ellis, Riley, Jayden, Cohen, Bayden, Mitchell, Ewan, Jude, Noah, Archie

Hope you find a name that you both love x

Hi We had a girls name but were really struggling to choose a boys name which added to my belief that we were having a boy. I was right and we had our little boy on the 10th January. We still couldn't agree/decide on a name as like you say we wanted a name that was unusual but not tacky. We finally called him Thurston Clement on day 2. His middle name is his grandads so we needed something to go with that. The only other boys name we both liked was Rowan so we'll maybe save that for next time! People seem to either love or hate his name but I guess that is inevitable when it is something more unusual. I found this a bit upsetting at first when friends and loved ones would say why have you called him that and then not say anything positive. But hey, we like it and we are sure as Thurston grows he will make it his own and others will grow to like it as they love him. Let us know when you've decided. Boys names are difficult! Laura x
