How annoying was darnell getting sara to make that rice when he didnt even want it!!!! Especially when they are pretty much on rations. I dont particularly like sara but i cannot stand darnel he makes me totally cringe!!! Yuck!

I'd have been totally naffed off if I'd done the cycling!! That looked so difficult and tiring - especially if you dont cycle regularly!! My knees would've packed in on my first 30mins!!

Wow thats gorgeous!!! No wonder his always goin on about his lifestyle. I know other housemates find him annoying at times, but at least his gone in there for the right reasons, to re-adjust his lifestyle, so i admire the man for that reason!

I think Rex is great entertainment - he manages to put Bex in her place and his arrogance is hilarious. Would also be happy to have him in my kitchen......

Anyway, I hope Belinda goes but even if Rex go he has reached his purpose. apparently his family chain of restaurants (I don't remember the name) has made more than 1 million in this time that the show is on. They are fully booked every evening. They have even received offers for Rex to be in TV show (cookery shows) when he goes out.

I don't think he did it out of any malice. I think he didn't think and it's probably something he does anyway. It did look bad though! oops!
If I am in Sarah's place, seriously I would have smashed that rice into his face and left the room without a word. that was disgusting and he though it was funny.
