    In an episode weeks back.....

When tina went for the scan she found out she had got her dates wrong. She told jackie that "it could'nt be tony's baby" and that infact it would be russ' baby. Tina had wanted to tell tony the truth but jackie begged her not to.

Thats why when the doctor said about the baby being full term (can't remember exactly what he said) jackie tried to sweep past it and told tony the doctor did'n know what he was saying.

    Hope that helps.

I agree, the baby certainly didn't look like a new born let along a prem baby, to me it looked a couple of months old by the movements it was making. I know its only a programme but they could have used a baby that was slightly smaller or filmed it while it was asleep.

Still though, that baby barely even looked new born. I swear it was like 18 months old. Ok, perhaps not that old, but it was BIG!

IT is a programme, i doubt any parent with a early baby would let it go on hollyoaks!

When she went for her 12 week scan did the sonographer not say that the baby was 18 weeks gestation??  Therefore is 36 weeks..

I know babies are all different but I would have thought the baby would have been smaller.

    i guess every babys different.

i cant see any hospital let alone parents use a premature baby for filming. its another one of these things that we are not supposed to notice lol

my friends babies were born at 31 and 32weeks and although tiny (like 2-3lbs) they didnt need ANY help with anything no breathing or feeding help they both did it on thier own (although my 35weeks needed help with both!)

i guess not many people with a prem baby would want them being used in hollyoaks e.t.c so they have to use a smaller but normal gestation baby maybe?

PP is right, it's actually Russ' baby, therefore a few weeks gestation ahead of what everyine else thinks.

I thought that too btu maybe its related ot the fact that she was originally further on than she thought and its is Russ's from the 1 nigth stand - dunno though.
