Oooooh Catpark, were there pictures? Was there touching of said actors?!?! If I had been quicker at the time I could have asked to go for my birthday but instead I stayed at home, watched it when it went on general release and ended up pg for my birthday instead, oh well can't have it all! lol

Looney, i was very lucky and went to the world premiere at the edinburgh film festival ! All the actors were there, and after the film finished they had a question and answer session. And yes i kept my ticket stubb !!

There will only ever be one series of Firefly
Joss was the victim of a management change at Fox. The new management didn't want a series comissioned by the previous doing well, so when it was played in the states it was played at different times during the week and out of order.
Funnily enough it bombed and was axed.
Fox won't sell the rights back to Joss, so it's a dead duck.
Serenity is basically the rest of the series that would have been made condensed into a movie.
Apparently Joss has been asked whether he'd restart the series if he was able to get the rights back, but there has been so much bad feeling about the whole thing now, that there will be no more.

Firefly. The characters are great and the humour is wonderful. The female characters are particularly strong. -

ooooh, watching Firefly again tonight and TOm from DH is in it! I'd forgotten about that. Him and Nathan Fillion in the same room att he same time, worth watching just for that!!

I just watched him in Waitres and he's fab. I
Nathan Fillion. He was still at his best as Caleb, and awful in Slither but i love him anyways. -

So are we any clearer on whether Nathan is gay or not? And are all the cast jinxed as well as Joss? Jewel is on Stargate Atlantis and that's been axed too I hear. I think we should fight to bring it back, Firefly was, no, IS great!! Not many of the cast left alive though in the movie so would need to be prequel type thingies wouldn't it?

All the good ones go early i think.
Just watched 2 fabulous episodes on sci fi channel. Loved this series, couldnt believe it when it was cancelled.
