The whole thing creeped me out!!!  Pledging your virginity to your father sounds wrong to me!!!

I watched this and thought it was the glamour and pretty things the young girls looked forward to. The effect of it is usually like that ms colorado lady who ended up preg at 19 because she didnt know about contraception. I dont think its creepy at all, the fathers are christians and if you ask anyone of a strong christian faith they would agree that it is sinful to have sex before marriage,

It should also be noted this is a normal/natural practice in many middle eastern countries without all the glamour and over the top events, making sex such an open topic and making the minds of young girls plagued by sexual taboo at a young age is not right.

if i have a daughter I will definitely not be telling her about virginity/sex etc at 6/7.

I had to turn it over- it was infuriating my DH!! He thought it was wayyyy to overbearing, and we have two girls! The Dads were totally over-protective/bearing and definately came across as a bit creepy...

I'm sat here watching this because its good to learn about new things but i think this is just way creepy! Little girls(6/7 years old some of them) pledging to stay virgins for their fathers. Going to purity balls with their dads as their dates. Its very freaky that these little girls are being moulded in this way.
