I really cant see why they have a over 25's section anyway!!!! they never win it and never would and even if they did they wouldnt go far ( remember one hit wonder steve?????) i know they have to open the competition to all ages and make it fair but it is just putting pressure ont he singers they have and also leting other talented young people not go through to the live shows as they are limited on numbers!

Well I'm very excited in a sad & lonely way, that the sisters in girl band used to work at their dad's Chineese take away which is my local! Never been so close to x factor families!!

I totally agree Princess. Had to laugh at Rachels stupid, ill fitting suit and terrible song choice but she is so full of herself. She needs a big slap. Makes my skin crawl.
Both girl bands are ropey, and Daniel is just there cos of the sympathy vote.
In my mind best ones are Diane, Laura and Owen. Oh, and that band (JLS?) are pretty good but a bit of dodgy styling with them was not good.

I'm glad bad lashes went and i don't like the other girl band either. The person i want to go is RACHEL.....................................god she made me feel sick, she doesn't deserve to be on the show!!

nah completely disagree...our x-factor is a british programme, aired on british TV not in spain etc... all the other countrys do there own version of x-factor so if shes going to sing in spanish every week on ours then she may aswell be on there one... as most of us dont understand what shes singing!! for all we know she could just be saying anything!! (for those of us that dont understand spanish i mean).
I personally would not buy her album if it was all in spanish as i like to be able to understand what the songs about etc!

Cant believe what a prat Simon made of himself over Ruth!!! No doubt after the show is over they will reveal that they are dating, that is if Ruth wants an older man!!!!

bad lashes were right to go. not keen on girl band either but they did sing better bad lashes were so out of tune and very screachy.
i thought a lot of the styling was really bad, austin looked awful he looked really sexy and a bit rough before they made him over. rachels suit was awful it didnt suit the song or her can't believe they made her wear it. ruth looked fab though and can see why simon fancies her,disagree with the post about not singing in spanish why shouldnt she be able to sing in any language she likes its not just about being british to be the x factor - if it was britains got talent i might agree.
love love love all the girls and alexandra and laura and love austin too.

Girl Band were rubbish and they looked like the tellytubbies in those dresses lol. Rachel is a pain. I think the best singers were Alexandra, Laura and i loved Dianas voice, very original.

God the wrong band DEFFO went imo!!! Girlband are Sh1t... i hope they go next week!
as i said b4 they dont deserve to even be on that stage... there really not very nice girls, at least bad lashes seem geniune and not stuck up there own backsides!

Got quite a few faves this year though so not sure who i want to win yet, as you can tell i hate girlband, dont like rachels attitude althou shes got a good voice, dont think daniel should be there as there were much better people who could have got through, ruths good but it really annoys me that she ins in spanish...its an english show if she wants to sing in spanish then go and enter spanish x-factor, Austin is the only boy who can actually sing properly in the boys category, i tink all 3 girls are really talented but alexandra should go furthest!!

Agree, most of styling was bad, laura's dress!! Horrid. Austin looked too 'made-up', he suits rougher n more casual. Jls, the lil one his pants were hanging off his ass! Hope they sort it out for nxt week, and what is with simon and louis arguing all the time? Must be hard for the acts on stage at the time.

I think the syling of them was all wrong too, what had they done to the girl in the black dresse's hair it looked awful, she looked pretty before! im glad they went i thought they where cr@p x

Bad song choice - Scott and Rachel, hopefully they'll both get thru though and get decent songs next week!
Didn't like so much - Girlband, Austin and Daniel but only bcos I was so wowed with other acts.

Love eoghan (sp) as well. Hes such a cutey. Lovely voice. Think all the teeny boppers will adore him, they should get him singing something fun.

yeah, think its just the whole husky stopping and starting that I dont like. She has quite a nice voice when she sings strongly
I can't stand that rachel off x factor, i just think shes a massive big head. i'm not saying that shes not a good singer cause she is, but god shes got a big gob and she does ruin herself. Also i thought if you had a criminal record you couldn't be on the show. Didn't somebody get kicked off x factor or pop idol cause they had been in trouble with the law?
