Just realised its Parenting & Pregnancy magazine I got (they all look the same lol).
Someone a while back posted a number here to call, and they were sending out free sample copies.

well mine arrived yesterday. Its the October edition, so will try and get a quiet 1/2hr to myself today to have a read. Great freebie so thanks to whoever posted it! x
