You need to fill in all the products you use as they only want people testing the products who use them,then if you use face wipes and they ask you to trial them you will know how good or bad the face wipes are,the trials go on age also,it depends on the remit the client is asking for,example 25 and living in london.I would fill in everything you use or ever have used,you'll get more chance of a trial then,how long have you been with them?Sometimes you get a trial quickly and sometimes it can take a while for one that matches your profile so dont be put off,good luck.x
