Katy you've already said you are happy with the extra bit of travelling etc so thats fab, and thanks because I know you are travelling the furthest. Colette and Melanie will be travelling with me with their LOs, so you'll be able to follow on behind. Probably best you still bring your sat-nav just incase we get separated in the traffic, but im sure we will be fine. Caroline is going to meet us at the 2nd venue at lunchtime so that works out well too.

Right ladies im off to bed. I've just confirmed with two of the local girls to give them and kids a lift, so thats my bus full.
Can everyone confirm that they are happy to meet at the play venue, then follow me to the restaurant at lunchtime which is around 15-20min drive away? Any late-arrivers will meet us there. If so, i'll send details to you all and then thats pretty much all the arrangements made YEY!!!
Oooo im getting excited now, its going to be so much fun and there are quite a few of us now too. A day of much gassing im predicting - Fab!

I could give you a lift no probs hun. Would be great if you could get there in the morning, then you can come with me to the restaurant (if thats what we are doing - still to be decided lol) and I can drop you at Llangennech on the way back to M4, i'll go that way instead of going down through Gorseinon etc so that it suits you.

How are my venue ideas sounding to everyone else? If people think it wont be a problem i'll PM with details of the venues. Hopfully we can get this arranged now x

FOR EVERYONE WHO IS COMING.....
The ones who are travelling and dont know the Swansea/Llanelli area - do you have sat-nav? I have a really lovely place in mind, its a lovely restaurant that has good deals during the day with scrummy food, and I have to phone to check but I think it still has a Fun Factory which has a small charge (not sure what age its suitable for but it would keep any older ones occupied at least). Plus if its a nice day it's a lovely place to go for a walk or out to play, im sure the kids would love it.
Its quite straight forward to get to I think as its all by-pass driving, but its about a 20min drive from M4 and would probably be a bit confusing to find if you dont know the area or have sat-nav.
I am thinking we could still go to the play place in the morning, then go there at lunch time where the late arrivers could meet us (I think there's one, sorry cant remember your name, you live near me lol). Obviously we could convoy from the Play place as I know where im going, or some could even come with me if I bring the bus (the 7 seater pmsl) depending on how many people local to me want to car share, and then i'd drop you back to your car at the play place later. Mine has 2 spare car seats built-in, but if some of you are able to fit your seats in someone elses car between us all we could probably get away with travelling in 2 cars 3 at most from the play place and back.

Lol, sorry to make this a military procedure, but I think we need to be clear so we can go ahead and make proper arrangements.
Date: Either Wednesday 15th or Thursday 16th October
Location: Somewhere along Neath Porttalbot/Swansea/Llanelli stretch of M4 (venue to be decided) so that its accessible for people coming from East (Newport/Cardiff) and West (Fishguard/Carmarthen) directions.
Time: either 10am or 11am
