If i get two books on two different cards(one mine,other on dp) but use the same billing address would i be charged full price?

they are doing them again at the moment but it does say that the offer ran out last night but i just placed an order and they took it through at £2 with p&p.. hth..

Well i ordered mine on the 9th sept. I got an email today asking me to phone them, When i did i was told that my order had been put on hold. They think it is because my children have unusal names! (Iola & Loki)
They waited all this time to get in contact GRRRRR

I ordered mine on the 13th September and still havent received it so just phoned them and seh said oh it was sent on the 2nd October.....we have been very busy. I said I would give thm till next Friday if not here then I'll be ringing back. Im so annoyed, wanted it to be a lovely gift to Libby x

I ordered 3 books, 3 poems and photo frames over 4 weeks ago. Few days later they agreed to send me 1 book, 3 poems and photo frames and i got an email saying the order haas been send to manufacturers.That was 17th of sept.
I emailed them yesterday to see when should i receive it only to be told the order has been rejected and they cancelled it !!!!!!
If i didnt email them, they wouldnt bother to tell me.
So i rang their customer services, only to be told i have to email them because they dont deal with online orders over the phone !!!!!
Sent them an email again, so waiting to see what they have to say.
I dont believe they would just cancel my order without my knowing.
Not sure what to do now....?

After I contacted them via email r.e my photo frames they replied to say they are out of stock. So I replied saying it would be a good idea to advise customers of this.
Was suprised as I was one of the first to place an order, so they couldnt have many in stock to start with!
Dont think they have a very good website what with all the complications!

I just phoned up as hadn't heard anything about my order. I ordered 2 and when I saw the announcement about only being able to have 1 so you could cancel any extra, I left my order as it was as it still worked out at only £4.50 a book so good value for me. I also ordered some photo frames and teddy bear clocks.
Anyhow, just rang and was told that my order had been cancelled as they had tried to contact me to confirm if I was willing to pay full price for the 2nd book and couldn't. I have had no phone calls or emails from them so this is incorrect. She couldn't confirm how or when it was cancelled and agreed to reinstate the order as the mail shot was supposed to be if you didn't want them you were to contact them.
So, I have had to books put back on order but.... because my order was cancelled everything I ordered has now sold out so I will only be getting the books.
If you ordered and have not heard anything, i would suggest you ring them on 0845 4505098 just to make sure they've not cancelled it without your agreement

I emailed them last week asking where my order was, i ordered 1 book and the photo frames, they replied that the book had been despatched but the frames were out of stock.
I hadn't been charged for the frames but was charged 3p for the book?? I'm certainly bot complaining, the book is great!!!!
does anyone have the website address please?
