Have just had another email saying they can't cancel the order as it is about to be dispatched so once I get them i have to either refuse delivery, return to store or post back and then await a refund. i think this is awful and have told them i will never use their online shop again as I can't trust them not to change the price. all I can say is keep an eye on your accounts and on how much they take off your card if you thought you had got a bargain!

Luckily my books were in stock so only paid the discounted price. If the books aren't in stock it's their fault so I don't see how they could remove the discount really. You should email them and bug them about it until they give it to you at the price you want .

i had a problem with this sort of thing about 2 months ago.

If spend over £25 on kids clothes get £5 off, which i did, also had a code for free delivery over £30.

So.....ordered my things, then had email saying 2 items out of stock, so i didn't qualify for the promotions. I emailed once and they apoligised, credited me back £8.50 - £5 and £3.50 delivery ALSO got £5 discount on my next purchase from their website

Then...ordered some books for lo for xmas whih was a promotion of 20% off, the 20% weren't taken off, emailed, they stated i had already had a promotion, so i replied saying the £5 was a gesture from them from my previous order. They credited me back MORE than what they should of. So i should of paid £12.00 but only paid £2.50

Check your accounts. I ordered 9 books for £14.50 and was sent an email today informing me that one was out of stock and had been cancelled. When I checked my account I saw that the price had gone up to £52.50 I sent them an email straight away and they have just confirmed tana ramsay has been cancelled and the price is now £52.50. I have since written an email of complaint and have told them to cancel my order if that is the price and to explain how they can change the price. just thought I should warn you all in case your prices have gone up too!
