i bought some jeans form there n therye a funny fit so waayyyy too small. like you say no paperwork so i asked today and htey said i can bring em in 4 an exchange or credit note... only paid £12 for em but tag says £25 so i might b lucky

I would say give it another week or so to see if they take the money. If they dont then dont worry about it, and stick whatever you were returning on e-bay lol. You have given them plenty of opportunity to sort it out, so its upto them now!

I ordered some trousers in the sale on the 21st. Checked my account and it said payment error. I phoned them and said what does this mean? I was concerned because my bank keep cancelling things which I order, even when I've got the money in my account. Anyway, they said don't worry, your order will turn up, it might take a bit longer for the money to come out. Anyway, I've had it a few days now, but they still haven't taken the money out. I have emailed them as well. Does anyone know how long it takes for the money to come out? I want to get a refund on one pair as well, but there's no order information in the package and the bag doesn't even say New Look. (Sorry for the rambling)
