Search on ebay for 'anal douche' and use one to squirt some fairly soapy warm water up your bum before you want to have anal. A couple of moments later and you'll be desperate to go; do it a twice and your little chutney locker will be as clean as a whistle. Enjoy!

yeah you have to make sure you do a poo first,you dont have to go "right im off for a poo" right before you do it,just make sure youve done one that day or a few hours before,i know its not always that easy to plan but if you havnt then just dont do it til the next night when you can make sure youve done one!
