i used to do ann summers partys. the prizes are your responsibilty. my team leader used to make bags of prizes up that we could buy off her for £10. or i also got lots of things off ebay, novelty keyrings, rude straws, etc.
good luck, i hope you enjoy it. x

meeting someone today for more info.
What im wondering is about the tax side of things - do they employ you or are you in charge of tax etc??
also i was told the prizes for the games you play are your responsibility - so you buy them - is this right? do they do cheap items as prizes for games??

thanks,sounds great.still waiting for them to get back to me,but i'm very interested4/8/08 12:32
GO FOR IT!!! I have just stoped doing it as have a baby due in a couple of weeks but planning on going back in january!!! I was making at least £40 per party but normally £50 - at one party I actually made just under £100 (that was mine to take home)
With the kit you get £500 worth and you pay it off 3.50 a week until you have paind 500 back or you have sales of £1200 which is normally about 4 partys!
I didnt drive and didnt have any probs, I was never out of pocket! It is a great way aswell to get socialising and build confidence!!!!
Good luck!!!

I am only doing it as a 2nd source of income so it will not be my livelyhood - the money will be a bonus for me.
The kit was the one question I had really, is it expensive to start? I was kinda hoping that they supplied it and you paid installments or something

I did it, and it was worth it if the parties went well. My only problem was that when you had to replace the kit every 6 months it worked out quite expensive.

i looked inot it at one point but not being able to drive made it difficult for me to do it.
a close friend of mine has done it and if you can get enough parties booked then it can be wrth while-money wise, but otherwise the social side of it is great-it helped her boost her confidence and she met some fab people doing it too.

...ANN SUMMERS REP
Does anyone have any experiance as a rep?
have applied for more info on their site, I know there are no reps in my area so I should get a position if I apply...

you have prob found out by now but tax's is your responsibility to sort out as its 'your own bussiness' - the faffle prizes you buy yourself (you get 30% off the ann summers items) you will make your money back after your first party - you make the 30% prfit back though. you UO should explain it to you when you sign up or get your kit!
