Oh thanks love. Notice though they are only pics of my face.....

I am always so busy rushing around doing chores, sorting the kids etc I just don't seem to have time to exercise. Whether that's a cop out on my part I really don't know. I am torn, mainly cos my man loves me the way I am and my my flabby bits plus most the time I have the attitude of 'what the hell, I am what I am'. Now and again though something rears it's ugly head and says...'SORT YOUR FLAB OUT'!!!!!!

Hello Ladies,
I have a bit of an issue going on for me at the moment. Hope someone can help out a bit.
I am a large girl. I am a size 16-18. I don't mind being big. I have dieted loads before. I have been a size 12, 14, and a 20 before. What I hate are my 'flabby bits'. I am 30 now. Do you think it's too late to try and tone my flabby areas? My tummy I know is past help. I really hate it and am very self conscious of it. My man tells me not to worry about it but that's easier said than done. Seriously though, my tummy is gross. As for the rest such as bingo wings and tops of thighs, do you think I can tone them even if I didn't lost much weight in those areas?
Thanks in advance for your help. x
